Fabulous Frogs in soft pastels was a great class, enjoyed by every one. I am always
fascinated at the wide range of styles that appear when we all paint the same subject.

Oil Basics went well considering the subject was complex and gorgeous, a close up of a tiger.
Eyes being the mirror of the soul are so important and beautiful.

April 17 2010 Art thru Meditation work shop, was full of creative energy to the point where the room was hot. Fascinating art work flowed thru' for everyone, photos under Work shops/ pastel

Unicorns galloped on to each student's paper in a joyous rainbow of colour and the inner child was awakened for some , Joy particularly was giggling with absolute delight. A great time .
Sept. 19 Oils W/shop went really well with spectacular tiger face close ups being produced. Beautiful eyes, captured and worked on over the day, contrasting with stunning furry tiger stripes. A great sense of achievement experienced by the end of the day!
The art & meditation workshop ended out the first half of the year with a beautiful spirit and some remarkable freedom from the artists. While things usually slow down after lunch, the group was reinvigorated by the meditation and produced their best work in the afternoon! We'll have to do this again.
June 2009 silk painting w'shop.This was booked out with 8 students on everyavailable space. It appears silk is making a comeback! Some beginnersand some more experienced; everyone turned out gorgeous butterflysquares in a jewelled kaleidoscope of colour that are a pleasure tosee. Silks will be steamed by Friday 12/6 ready for pickup thereafter.
Next workshop is pastels, so book in early.
18 April: For the pastel workshop today we had such a lovely group, some old faces and some new. Oya struggled through the traffic all the way from Blacktown! So, oils. Students have been asking for this one for some time, and on May 2, at last it's here - the first oils workshop. It's totally booked up but there's always a few cancellations, so give me a ring or an email and book your place now.There's a moving on workshop on oils to follow up in June, so it would be a pity to miss out the basics.
